  • Acknowledge you have read and understood these Terms

If you don't agree: Do not use our Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

Credit System

Virtual currency for accessing content

Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account:

Prohibited Actions
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Using others' accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credit System

Pyzit operates a virtual credit system with these terms:

  • Purchasing with real currency
  • Referring new users (subject to referral program terms)
  • Participating in promotions
  • Daily rewards (if enabled)

  • Access premium tools
  • Purchase courses
  • Unlock exclusive content
  • Other services as we may offer

  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May expire after inactivity (12 months)
  • Subject to forfeiture for Terms violations
  • We may modify the system with notice

No Refunds: All credit purchases are final. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

5. Payments and Billing

  • You're responsible for all applicable taxes
  • We use third-party payment processors
Refund Policy
  • Digital purchases are generally non-refundable
  • Refund requests considered case-by-case
  • Chargebacks may result in account termination

We reserve the right to change prices and modify our payment policies at any time.

6. User Content

"User Content" means any content you submit to Pyzit (comments, posts, etc.):

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

  • Spam or commercial solicitations
  • Harmful or offensive content
  • Misinformation or fraud

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using Pyzit, you agree not to:

Consequences: Violations may result in account suspension, credit forfeiture, or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

Pyzit's Rights

All content and materials on our Services (except User Content) are owned by or licensed to Pyzit, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limited License

We grant you limited access to use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without our written consent.

9. Termination

By You

You may stop using our Services at any time by discontinuing use or deleting your account.

By Pyzit

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use Services and any credits will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services Provided "As Is"

Pyzit provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We don't warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

Important Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyzit shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Damages related to third-party products/services

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Pakistani law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Class Action Waiver: You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis.

13. Changes to Terms

Modification Process

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes will be notified through:

  • In-app notifications

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
